A holidaymaker killed when he was hit by a car in a Lincolnshire seaside resort has been named by police. Kevin Michael Flanagan, from Buxton, Derbyshire, was walking on Walls Lane in Ingoldmells when he was hit by a grey Fiat Scudo car.

This is the 10th person to be killed on Lincolnshire's roads so far this year. Police said that details of the victim were likely to be released later on Monday. An inquest is expected to be opened in connection with Mr Flanagan's death this week.
