In response to the coronavirus outbreak, the UK Government has issued extensive advice on unnecessary travel and non-essential contact and taken emergency measures to stop the spread of the virus.

This has inevitably had an impact on our tourism industry in terms of cancellations and temporary closures of key attractions and leisure parks. Following the Government announcement on March 20, all bars, nightclubs, restaurants, cafes (with the exception of takeaways), entertainment venues, including cinemas, theatres, concert halls, bingo halls, museums, galleries, spas, wellness centres, massage parlours, amusement arcades, casinos, betting shops, all indoor leisure and sports facilities, including gyms are closed until further notice.

Visitors to the Lincolnshire coast are asked to heed the Government advice regarding unnecessary journeys and if possible, please postpone your visit until this pandemic is over.

Visit the seaside urges everyone to follow all advice at this time and put health and safety first. The health, safety and wellbeing of all visitors and residents are of paramount importance to us.

Please keep checking along with our social media pages for further updates and information on events, attractions, shows and entertainment planned along the coast for the months ahead.
